1. Producing India Vada continuously and constantly.
2. This machine equips with a swing forming head to ensure when the formed vada drop into oil fryer, they won’t overlap.
3. It produces 2400 pcs/hr Vada based on the vada size (O.D./I.D.) 60/15 mm, thickness 30 mm. (p.s. the output capacity might change subject to different vada size.)
4. The forming head equips with a special nozzle which can make the vada shape.
5. The nozzle exit equips with a cutter.
6. The vada thickness is controllable. (by changing the cutting interval)
7. The motor and all the electronic parts are covered properly and able to clean by water directly.
The limitation of IVA VADA FORMER
1. The vada dough should be able to flow by gravity and tougher than donut fluidity.
2. The Input area of connecting fryer should have at least W600mm, L750mm and the maximum frying area height should be 900mm from ground. (For different width and height, can be customerized.)
3. Connecting fryer should have oil flow to push away the vada to prevent overlap.
